I’m a day late, but better late than never. How did you celebrate valentines with your sweety? I found a hunk of meat shaped like a heart and cooked it for the hubby. Seriously. It was a thick ribeye that was buterflied to look like a heart. I broiled that and served it with yummy, pesto tortellini that I whipped up. The hubby seemed to like it. And we have plenty of leftovers for the next couple of days. Gotta love that!
